The soft copy of the new 2025-2028 Frontier Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) has been provided and can be found here. The physical copies should be delivered by the end of April at the latest according to the District.

CWA District 9 members at Frontier Communications recently ratified a strong new three-year contract, showcasing the power of member unity and mobilization. The agreement delivers wage increases, protects healthcare and job security, addresses the use of artificial intelligence, reduces outsourcing, and improves work/life balance—marking another major victory for CWA members nationwide.

CWA leadership has been notified that a Tentative Agreement has been reached between Frontier Communications and CWA’s elected Bargaining Committee. Local Executive Officers will review the agreement later this month, after which Local 9588 will schedule an explainer session and share its recommendation ahead of a member ratification vote.
