The Mobilization Committee works in accordance with the CWA Local 9588 By-Laws and the CWA Constitution to engage and activate members in support of union priorities, campaigns, and collective actions. The committee helps build member participation and solidarity around workplace issues, contract campaigns, organizing efforts, and community actions approved by the Local.

The committee assists in coordinating outreach, communications, and member involvement through activities such as rallies, meetings, informational actions, and other collective efforts. By encouraging member-to-member engagement, the Mobilization Committee helps ensure that members are informed, connected, and prepared to participate in union activities.

Through collaboration with Local leadership and other committees, the Mobilization Committee strengthens collective action, reinforces democratic participation, and supports the Local’s ability to advocate effectively on behalf of its members.
