Last chance to take the CWA AI survey!
At a time when AI is constantly in the news and even more visible in the workplace, we want to make sure that worker voices are heard loud and clear:
How are technologies impacting you and your work?
What are the most important priorities for CWA leaders when representing members at this time of rapid change?
So far, we’ve heard from less than one percent of our telecom members. We want to make sure everyone has a chance to share their views, so we’ve extended our survey deadline to this Friday, May 15!
CWA is working with Professors Virginia Doellgast of Cornell University and Sean O’Brady of McMaster University to conduct this survey. Our academic partners have worked with us for over a decade to understand the impact of digital and AI-based technologies. They have organized dozens of workshops with our districts, sectors and locals and written reports on management practices and stress and on AI in call centers. This work has informed CWA contract negotiations, legislative campaigns, and the work of CWA’s AI committee.
Your individual responses are completely confidential and will not be shared with your employer or with CWA. There is no compensation associated with participating in this survey.
Questions can be directed to Virginia Doellgast at vld7@cornell.edu or at 607-255-5381.
In Solidarity,
The CWA Research Department
